Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences - Senior Associate (Revenue Cycle Management)

📋 Description

• Lead RCM analytics and denial management for healthcare clients
• Analyze financial data to surface underpayment trends
• Evaluate payer contracts for reimbursement adequacy and terms
• Build dynamic reimbursement models, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
• Deliver client-facing reports and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with MD and cross-functional teams on deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Health Admin or related field; Master’s a plus
• 3+ years provider/payer analytics; reimbursement analysis, denial mgmt, contract eval
• Knowledge of DRG, APC, RBRVS; value-based reimbursement models
• Expert denial management: root cause analysis, trending, appeals
• Excel proficiency; Power BI/Tableau; SQL or similar analytics tools
• Experience with EPIC/Cerner/Athena and CPT/ICD-10 familiarity
