Restructuring and Turnaround Services - Manager (Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions - Performance Improvement)

📋 Description

• Lead and support operational due diligence for PE buy-side, sell-side deals.
• Assess manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and distribution ops.
• Evaluate operational scalability relative to investment theses.
• Develop value creation roadmaps with 100-day plans and KPIs.
• Conduct current-state assessments across production, planning, and procurement.
• Identify EBITDA improvement initiatives including cost and working capital.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in operations consulting or performance improvement.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Experience with buy-side or sell-side operational due diligence.
• Ability to assess performance and develop actionable implementation plans.
• Strong financial acumen to translate findings into financial impact.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, TOC.
