Restructuring and Turnaround Services - Manager (Intelligent Manufacturing Solutions - SIOP & Inventory Management)

📋 Description

• Partner with client leadership to assess ops and identify value opportunities.
• Help clients implement initiatives to improve ops and financial results.
• Work with PE sponsors and portfolio leadership on execution.
• Assess manufacturing and distribution ops; plan capacity, quality, warehousing.
• Lead cross-functional alignment workshops across commercial, ops, finance, and supply chain.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and manage client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in industry and consulting; 4+ years in manufacturing/distribution.
• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related; MBA or APICS preferred.
• Advisory experience with top-tier strategy firm or Big Four preferred.
• Experience with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies.
• Deep expertise: Supply Chain Ops; Manufacturing/SIOP; Lean, Six Sigma, TOC.
• Experience with executive leadership teams, including C-suite.
• Strong analytical skills: mapping, assessments, quantitative analysis.
• Travel willingness based on client needs.
