📋 Description

• Support operational and financial diagnostics to identify key drivers.
• Quantify EBITDA and cash flow improvement opportunities.
• Develop bottom-up improvement plans with KPIs.
• Drive cost optimization and performance initiatives with client teams.
• Partner with executives, Boards, lenders, and sponsors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in value creation or related consulting.
• Experience contributing to EBITDA and cash flow improvements.
• Diagnostic, design, and execution of performance improvement.
• Strong financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost understanding.
• Experience partnering with Private Equity sponsors.
• Cross-functional experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, or commercial.
