Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Drive NRS product sales: POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route: weekly visits, high customer satisfaction, upsell.
• Open new retail doors: door-to-door expansion in territory.
• Onboard and support customers: drive merchant apps; light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory: cash flow and telecom card inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in retail/outside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Language: English and Spanish preferred.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license, reliable car, able to travel daily.
• Tech: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, Bluetooth.
• Traits: People-person, detail-oriented, strong presentation, multitask.
