Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Drive NRS product sales: prospect, pitch, and close POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route: visit retail stores weekly to ensure satisfaction and upsell.
• Open new retail doors: prospect and door-to-door expansion within territory.
• Onboard and support customers: guide merchant applications, train users, light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and card inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in retail or outside sales; customer-facing roles.
• Language: Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license, reliable car, willing to travel daily.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, Bluetooth.
• Traits: People-person with attention to detail, strong presentation, multitasks.
