Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Drive NRS sales: prospect, pitch, and close POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage assigned route: weekly store visits to boost satisfaction and upsell.
• Open new retail doors: prospect and door-to-door expansion of IDT and NRS.
• Onboard & support customers: guide merchant apps and provide light tech support.
• Handle operations & inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in retail/outside sales or customer-facing roles; merchant services a plus.
• Language: English and Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license, reliable car, willingness to travel daily.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth.
• Traits: Resilient people person with attention to detail and multitasking.
