Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices
• Manage an Assigned Route: Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular
• Open New Retail Doors: Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive the merchant application process, help store owners
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel door-to-door within assigned
• Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment
• Resilient 'people person' with sharp attention to detail, strong presentation skills, and ability
