Retail Account Manager (RAM) – NRS & Retail Services

📋 Description

• Prospect, pitch, and close NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Develop a weekly route to visit stores; ensure satisfaction and upsell.
• Door-to-door to expand IDT/NRS presence in territory.
• Drive merchant applications; assist stores; light tech support.
• Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom inventory in IDT system.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years in retail or outside sales; Merchant Services/POS experience a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license, reliable car, and daily travel.
• Comfort with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth devices.
• People-oriented, detail-focused, strong presentation, multitask in fast-paced env.
