📋 Description

• Deliver a uniquely special experience to each and every customer inside our new facility
• Address customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint
• Inspect vehicles with a sharp eye for detail to identify potential issues
• Complete customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Take thorough notes in the customer tracking system
• Assist other team members with various tasks as necessary

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in the retail industry (an asset)
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience
• Class 5 License (valid in British Columbia)
• 3 years of clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
• Clean criminal background check
