📋 Description

• Welcome customers and create a warm, professional, and personal experience from the moment they
• Build genuine connections and understand what each customer needs, going above and beyond to make
• Represent Clutch with confidence, energy, and professionalism — handling questions, concerns, and
• Complete customer appointments accurately and efficiently, including required paperwork and
• Inspect vehicles carefully and document their condition with a sharp eye for detail
• Support teammates and contribute wherever help is needed across Retail Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, technology, automotive, or another
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence
• Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions over the past three years
• Clean criminal background check
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Part-time availability: weekday shifts from 3:00 PM–8:30 PM and weekend shifts from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
