Retail Analyst - Merchandising

📋 Description

• Participate in cross-functional projects to boost operational performance in merchandising.
• Help launch and expand merchandising operations in new cities, coordinating teams.
• Manage day-to-day project tracking, ensuring alignment and timely milestones.
• Support forecasting models, P&Ls, pricing analyses and dashboards.
• Redesign merchandising workflows, automating inventory, logistics and reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (ops/analytics/supply chain/merch).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Data Analytics.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and data visualization.
• Valued: experience in logistics, operations, retail or merchandising.
• Valued: experience preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs.
