• Own analysis of program data, policy guidelines, and incidents.
• Lead high-sensitivity investigations end-to-end with evidence.
• Communicate policy outcomes clearly to partners and players.
• Define and improve processes for inquiries and investigations.
• Review partner-reported issues, assess impact, escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent policy application.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in trust & safety, investigations, or related roles.
• Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and investigative abilities.
• Empathy and clear communication in high-pressure conversations.
• Experience defining policy, process, or standards.
• Familiarity with Wizards Play Network policies or MTG/gaming industry.
