Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Serve as Manager on Duty and represent Curaleaf as a brand ambassador.
Support achievement of financial targets and building brand loyalty.
Travel for training/coverage 10-25% of the time.
Maintain knowledge of POS systems and LeafLogix.
Open/close shifts, scheduling, and inventory oversight.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of retail and/or customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
Strong business acumen and KPI focus.
Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
