🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail and/or customer service in a high-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen; measure success via financial targets and KPIs.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
