📋 Description

• Support the daily retail operations of WHOOP Qatar, ensuring exceptional standards of service
• Deliver a premium, data-driven member experience by educating members on WHOOP products
• Drive revenue through the sale of WHOOP memberships, accessories, apparel, and the signature WHOOP
• Act as a brand ambassador by upholding WHOOP’s premium standards across member engagement, product
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean
• Support experiential programming and in-store activations, ensuring seamless execution and strong

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of retail experience, preferably in premium, luxury, or experiential retail environments.
• Strong passion for health, fitness, performance, and technology, with the ability to communicate
• Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and build meaningful relationships with members.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-traffic, extended-hours retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic operational understanding, including POS systems, inventory handling, and sales tracking.
