📋 Description

• Drive the strategic direction for assigned categories, ensuring competitive pricing, relevant
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to select brands and items that align with current
• Develop a bottom-up financial plan to meet category and total area sales and margin goals.
• Oversee product assortment, determining mix and category roles, and approve master product
• Partners with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure inventory optimization and support
• Perform regular store visits to assess assortment presentation, pricing, and promotions, ensuring

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for the cannabis industry, including product categories, market trends, consumer
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a retail buyer in the CPG industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, product lifecycle planning, and
• Proven ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and consumer insights to make
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with a track record of
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple product categories
