Retail Construction Project Manager (14-Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Support the North American SSP and Construction team
• Lead project management and organization of retail shop fit outs including quality, relevance
• Effectively manage Capex, working on estimates, verifying project actuals and updating capex
• Ensure project schedules are well planned and executed, collaborating with Retailers, SSP, Real
• Stay informed of industry best practices of global retail construction process and project support
• Maintain and develop project status / capex reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience in retail construction and project management including effective
• Demonstrated experience in a project lead role
• Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry and millwork an asset
• Strong budget analysis and management skills
• Experience in phased construction projects in newly opened and existing retail stores
• Practical hands-on experience in the management of design and construction process

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range (USA): $81,000 - $90,000 USD
• Base salary range (Canada): $94,500 - $105,000 CAD
• Full-time, 14-month contract role
