Retail Customer Care Associate

📋 Description

• Liaise between the e-Commerce furniture marketplace and its clients
• Provide accurate and valid information using appropriate methods/tools
• Resolve clients' issues with accuracy and efficiency
• Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documents

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high
• Valid government issued ID, TRN and NIS card
• Flexible availability for any day or shift including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to train and work onsite
• Demonstrated ability to handle high volume inbound calls at a high performance level
• Customer service experience preferred
