📋 Description

• Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects inclusive of English Language and a numeric subject, or a U.S. high
• Must have a valid (not expired) government issued ID, TRN and NIS card
• Must have flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift weekly (Weekends and Public
• Must be able to train and / or work onsite
• Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
• Experience in customer service is an asset and preferred
