📋 Description

• Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
• Engage customers via inbound phone calls, chats, and emails to address returns, delivery

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 4 CXC/GCE subjects including English or US High School diploma/GED
• Must have a valid government-issued ID, TRN and NIS card
• Flexible availability to work any day and shift (including weekends/Public Holidays)
• Ability to train and/or work onsite
• Experience in customer service is an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong empathy and problem-solving skills
