Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
Report to Shop Manager and work with the shop team to serve customers and encourage repeat business.
Open/close the shop and maintain high shop standards.
Handle customer transactions including cash handling and demonstrate products and terminals.
Work towards defined targets and ensure safer gambling practices.

🎯 Requirements

You must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
Confidence working with customers in person.
Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
