📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop.
• Take bets on different sports/events and process cash transactions.
• Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
• Handle complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Work towards defined targets and maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop and support shop operations.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in a betting shop.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing setting.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
