• Deliver outstanding customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral shops.
• Assist customers, take bets, and process transactions.
• Open or close the shop and maintain high shop standards.
• Support safer gambling and build customer relationships.
• Work a varied rota; typical week is 16 hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Age 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confidence engaging with customers in person.
• Cash handling and payment transaction familiarity.
