Support shop operations and customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Handle cash transactions and assist customers with products and betting terminals.
Open or close the shop and work within a 35-hour weekly rota.
Adhere to safer gambling guidelines and maintain high shop standards.
Collaborate with the Shop Manager to meet targets and provide excellent service.

🎯 Requirements

You must be 18 years or older.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Confidence working with customers in person.
Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
