  • Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops
  • Assist customers, process transactions, and demonstrate betting products
  • Open/close shop and maintain high shop standards
  • Work a 20 hour weekly rota with long opening/closing and some evenings
  • Support safer gambling and handle customer concerns with empathy
  • Contribute to a team that values integrity and customer care

🎯 Requirements

  • 18+ to work in betting shops
  • Previous customer-facing experience
  • Confidence in face-to-face customer interactions
  • Familiarity with cash handling and payments
