Take bets on sports and events; process cash transactions.
Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers; handle issues with empathy.
Maintain high shop standards; open or close the shop.
Work a typical rota of around 10 hours per week with varied shifts.
Be part of the Shop team reporting to the Shop Manager.

🎯 Requirements

Must be 18 years or over to work in betting shops.
Previous customer-facing experience.
Confidence working with customers in person.
Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
