📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops.
• Encourage safer gambling and assist customers with bets and transactions.
• Handle cash transactions and demonstrate products and betting terminals.
• Address customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving.
• Meet defined targets and maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop and manage shop routines within a 30-hour week.

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence engaging with customers in person.
• Experience with cash handling and payment transactions.
