• Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail betting shop
• Assist customers with bets and product demonstrations

• Work a weekly rota averaging 20 hours with variable shifts

• 18 years or older to work in betting shops
• Customer-facing experience
• Confidence in working with customers in person
• Familiarity with cash handling and payments
