• Support shop team and contribute to service standards daily.
• Open or close the shop; work patterns include long opening/closing shifts.
• Encourage safer gambling and handle customer queries with empathy.
• Take bets on sports/events and process transactions with cash handling.
• Maintain high shop standards and achieve defined targets.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience required.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
