• Deliver outstanding customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral shops.
• Support customers, handle transactions, and promote products.
• Open/close shop and maintain high shop standards.
• Encourage safer gambling and resolve issues empathetically.
• Work with a rotating 30-hour weekly rota, including weekends.
• Be part of a team focused on winning together.

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years old to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence with customers.
• Cash handling and payment transaction familiarity.
• Ability to contribute to a positive shop environment.
