📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops
• Assist customers with bets, transactions and product demos
• Open or close the shop and maintain high standards
• Support safer gambling and handle customer concerns with empathy
• Work as part of the shop team to drive customer retention
• Rota: 30 hours weekly with varying shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Prior customer-facing experience
• Confident with cash handling and transactions
• Excellent communication and problem solving
