📋 Description

• Retail Customer Service Manager in Ladbrokes & Coral shops
• Deliver top customer service and drive standards daily
• Report to the Shop Manager as part of the Shop team
• Open/close shop and maintain high shop standards
• Support customers and build relationships for repeat business
• Rota typically 30 hours across varied shifts

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops
• Experience in customer-facing role
• Confidence working with customers in person
• Cash handling and payment transaction familiarity
