📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service and help customers in a Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop
• Take bets on different sports and events and process transactions with cash handling.
• Promote safer gambling and maintain high shop standards.
• Open or close the shop and work a weekly rota that includes weekends/evenings.
• Contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering great customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 18+ years old to work in betting shops.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
