Retail Customer Service - Weekends only

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a betting shop environment.
• Take bets on different sports and events and handle customer transactions, including cash handling.
• Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers.
• Maintain high shop standards and support opening/closing procedures.
• Work weekends (Friday 5pm-10pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-10pm) and follow a rotating schedule.
• Support safer gambling and work toward defined targets.

🎯 Requirements

• You must be 18+ to work in betting shops.
• Customer-facing experience and confidence working with customers in person.
• Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions.
