🎯 Requirements

Vocational or technical training in IT or a related field
Experience in technical support, IT equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
Experience installing cabling and organising IT and data centre racks
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Active Directory
Willingness to travel nationwide and work flexible hours when required
Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a user-focused approach
