Retail Fines & Returns Analyst

📋 Description

• Resolve retailer chargebacks, shipping fines, infractions, and return issues.
• Navigate retailer compliance and shipping processes in a fast-paced env.
• Report to the Manager of Claims & Returns Operations; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Work with Cricut systems and retailer portals in daily operations.
• Thoroughly analyze fines and chargebacks to identify trends and prevention opportunities.
• Own the dispute process from documentation to resolution; track status.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Experience in operations, logistics, retail compliance, or data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking; ask good questions.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with tier 1 ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP, charts and data cleanup.
