Retail Inventory Consultant

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Retail Onboarding Consultants to collect inventory exports and migrate to Toast.
• Verify accuracy and cleanliness of uploaded data with customers.
• Host Item Library Review meetings to ensure customer understanding before go-live.
• Support newly onboarded customers during their first 30 days with Toast.
• Serve as the inventory relationship manager from purchase through onboarding.
• Work autonomously under an Onboarding Manager to hit monthly activation goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in roles focused on customer satisfaction and business operations.
• 2+ years in COGS and inventory analysis in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
• 1+ years in a PM or implementation role with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (Vlookups, Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong skills with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace; highly organized.
