🎯 Requirements

• +10 years in Retail IT with multi-year program/domain leadership at scale.
• Strong knowledge of retail processes: sales, payments, after-sales, stock management, store ops.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions (Oracle Retail Xstore/EICS/OMS
• Natural leadership with excellent communication in multicultural environments (EMEA/India).
• Proven ability to manage priorities in complex, evolving environments (SAFe, PI planning).
• Expertise in omnichannel architectures and SOA/API/ETL.
