📋 Description

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional service and coach the team.
• Drive consultative selling with open-ended questions and product education.
• Enroll guests in our rewards program and capture customer insights.
• Execute opening/closing duties, huddles, and cash reconciliation.
• Verify IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready store environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• At least 6 months in retail store operations (opening/closing, cash handling).
