Retail Leasing & Acquisition Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and negotiate deals for new stores, renewals, relocations, and closures across USA and
• Lead market planning with Head of Real Estate & Store Development to optimize store portfolio.
• Analyze data to translate strategy into actions that drive sales and profit.
• Collaborate with Legal, Construction & Design to ensure on-time openings of new shops.
• Build and manage relationships with landlords and mall operators across North America.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in retail real estate or as a tenant representative broker.
• Experience with US and Canadian landlords/brokers.
• Track record of managing 200+ locations and high-volume deal transactions.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate site-level P&Ls and budgets.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
• Experience with landlord agreements and lease language interpretation.
