🎯 Requirements

• Retail Manager with a proven track record of reaching great results.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager in a retail company.
• A Customer First mindset in everything you do.
• Proactive and energetic tradesman with a strong understanding of how to work with concepts.
• A good sense for detail, but flexible to respond to unexpected challenges.
• Ability to work independently, but a track record in creating excellent results through your teams.
