Retail Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and activations with retailers and partners across
• Manage the marketing dimension of partner relationships, including in-store presence, shop window
• Serve as the central contact for Country Managers and Sales Managers, translating local market
• Coordinate the retail marketing pipeline across markets, ensuring priorities, timelines, and local
• Brief and manage POS and display design projects, source and commission suppliers, oversee
• Adapt global brand assets for European markets and develop new regional solutions when existing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation.
• Experience in sports, outdoor, consumer electronics, or a comparable branded consumer goods
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of developing and executing point-of-sale concepts, in-store brand experiences
• Practical experience briefing creative and design projects, commissioning suppliers, managing
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple markets, cultures, and time zones
