Retail Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Support retail sales forecasting and business planning by analyzing historical performance
• Evaluate sales, operating expenses, and store profitability to identify performance drivers and
• Develop and maintain reporting on key retail metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion, and
• Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance, providing clear
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities at the store, regional, and retail portfolio
• Collaborate with FP&A, Real Estate, Planning, and Retail Operations to inform business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate or operations finance
• Experience in retail, apparel, or consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large data sets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
