📋 Description

• Overseeing a team of Distro associates and drivers, managing pickable items and workflow
• Using WMS to understand daily goals and cadence for balance and steady workflow
• Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely, accurate order processing
• Assessing staffing needs to support fluctuating workloads
• Identifying opportunities to improve workflow and cost-effectiveness
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs for all retail processing activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years in order fulfillment
• Strong organization and business administration skills
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Effective time management and multi-function handling
