🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales or customer service experience (training available).
• 1 year of telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers and team.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Well-organized with multitasking and quality-focused.
