🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service.
• 1 year telecommunications or call center experience preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
• Well-organized with multitasking and high-quality results.
• Comfortable using PCs and multiple software platforms.
