📋 Description

• Face of the Curaleaf brand; provide top-tier service to customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Assist guests with product selection, upsell, and build trust through product knowledge.
• Handle transactions at the register, maintain a welcoming store environment, and support inventory
• Open/close the store, manage cash, and ensure adherence to procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to sustain a respectful, inclusive, and upbeat atmosphere.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• POS experience and cash handling accuracy (6+ months).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
