• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner
• Build strong connections with customers and offer personalized product advice
• Address concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs
• Work with the team to ensure a respectful and upbeat atmosphere
• Help open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience
• Minimum 6 months of POS system and cash handling experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnights
• Excellent communication skills
