📋 Description

• Sells shoes to fans in retail stores.
• Delivers high level customer service and professionalism that contributes to best-in-class fan experience.
• Facilitates post-purchase product resolutions and accommodates customer requests.
• Facilities consumer warranties on a case-by-case basis.
• Executes visual merchandising concepts according to predesigned merchandizing plans.
• Uses the point-of-sale system to ensure transactions are recorded.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Any previous retail, retail operations, or footwear preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of retail selling concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
